Berks County Living asked our more than 1,900 Facebook fans – What is your funniest or happiest memory from your wedding day? Here are some of their responses.

Jennifer Mauger Baro: “It was soooo hot on our wedding day, 22 years ago in a church without air conditioning. By the time the wedding night rolled around my husband had to unbutton the hundred or so buttons up the back of my dress with a screwdriver!!! The dress was tight to begin with, but sweating in it all day didn’t make it easy to get it off. The buttons were so tiny and my husband obviously didn’t have fingernails to grip all the little loops!”

Cheryl Taylor Bagenstose: “When we were taking photos in our backyard, a bee kept flying under the chiffon layer of my skirt. Also, my then 3-year-old nephew, the ring bearer, ran back and forth from his mom to his dad during the ceremony. In one of the professional photos, he was caught as a blur… with feet!”
